Terms of Sales

Art. 1: Validation of a reservation:

Stays are guaranteed only by receipt of the 30% deposit and the total amount of the stay 30 days before the guest's arrival. The deposit will be cashed upon receipt. It is from the receipt of the deposit that your reservation will be firm. Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale. You can pay this deposit in several ways:

- either by bank card (for the deposit);
- either by bank check (payable to SAS YMCS) to be attached with the reservation form;
- either by bank transfer without fees (for fees, please check this point with your bank and ensure that the amount transferred is net of fees) Bank details of SAS YMCS:

You must also present yourself with a negative PCR test no longer than 48 hours old or with your vaccination certificate (the 3rd injection for minors: the 2nd injection). Without this document it will not be possible for us to welcome you. The amounts paid will be transformed into credit. This will only apply if health measures require us to do so.

Art. 2: Balance of stay:

The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival. Without payment of the balance, YMCS sas reserves the right to apply the cancellation conditions provided for in article 8 of these general conditions of sale.

On your arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax in the amount of €2.65/day/adult.

A security deposit of 2000 euros by bank check will be requested on the day of taking possession of the premises. It will be returned within 10 days of departure.

The security deposit must not be considered by the tenant as a contribution to the payment of the rent. It is used in the event of damage committed by the tenant which could affect the home, its furniture or its equipment.
Penalties for uncleanliness may amount to up to €300 if: plancha and/or barbecue not cleaned, trash cans not emptied (the green and yellow trash cans must be empty and clean when you leave), no "bed of sand in the drawers and cupboards in the house""; clean and tidy dishes, non-exhaustive examples.

Art. 3: Arrival time: The house is available from 4:00 p.m. We welcome you from 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Art. 4: Departure time: Return of the house must be between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Any departure after 10:30 a.m. will result in the billing of an additional night.

Art. 5: Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Art. 6: Art of living:

Smoking is prohibited inside the house. The customer undertakes to respect the rented premises as a good father. The client undertakes to return the house in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare, and financially assume, any possible damage for which he may be responsible.

Art. 7: Tenant commitment:

1. not to bring additional people without the authorization of the owner;

2. not to sublet the accommodation;

3. to check that its own insurance contract covers the risks of seasonal rental (resort guarantee of comprehensive home insurance) or undertakes to take out a specific insurance policy for the entire duration of the rental.

4. to respect the calm and peaceful character of the place as well as the quality of the environment. He will use it in accordance with its intended purpose.

5. to return the rented premises and furniture to their original condition upon departure and to take care of them during the stay.

6. Comply with the terms of delivery and return of keys to the home agreed with the owner or his agent.

7. In the exceptional context of Covid-19, if due to health measures you cannot travel, we offer to give you a credit for the amounts collected valid for 12 months and if the house was re-rented on the same dates as your stay, we will refund you the full amount paid.

Art. 8: Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid remains definitively retained by the YMCS sas. If the cancellation occurs 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposit and the balance are acquired at the YMCS sas. If the customer does not show up on the scheduled start day of the stay, the deposit and the balance will remain with the YMCS sas. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation initially reserved remains fully acquired by YMCS SAS. These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment of the deposit. In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. The YMCS sas undertakes not to transmit the information that you have communicated to it to companies or organizations.

Appendix to the general conditions of sale

????? The house is entirely non-smoking.

This rental is made under the following charges and conditions that the Tenant undertakes to execute and fulfill, namely:

  1. Occupy the premises only in a bourgeois manner, the exercise of any trade, profession or industry being formally prohibited, the Tenant recognizing that the premises which are the subject of this rental contract are only rented to him as a temporary residence and for pleasure.
  2. Respect the accommodation capacity of the home.
  3. Respect the purpose of the home and not make any changes to the arrangement of furniture or premises;
  4. Not be able to replace any person whatsoever, nor sublet, in whole orpartially, even free of charge, the rented premises, unless agreed in writing by the owner.
  5. Be insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and claims from neighbors and have the furniture rented insured (either through your own insurance contract covering the risks of seasonal rental, or by taking out a policy special insurance for the entire duration of the rental).
  6. Refrain from throwing objects likely to clog the pipes into sinks, showers or sinks, otherwise you will be liable for the costs incurred in putting this equipment back into service.
  7. Make any complaints regarding the installations within 48 hours of entering the accommodation. Otherwise, it will not be admitted.
  8. Notify the owner or his agent as soon as possible of any damage affecting the home, its furniture or equipment. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the tenant.
  9. Authorize the owner, or any third party authorized by him for this purpose, to carry out, during the rental period, any repairs ordered by emergency. The Tenant will not be able to claim any reduction in rent in the event that urgent repairs falling to the lessor appear during the rental.
  10. Avoid any noise or behavior, of your own making, of your family or of your relations, likely to disturb the neighbors.
  11. Accept a visit to the premises if the owner or his agent requests it.
  12. Waive any recourse against the owner in the event of theft and damage to the rented premises.
  13. Maintain the rented accommodation and return it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the rental. If items in the inventory are damaged, the owner may claim their replacement value.
